Do you offer refunds?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

How long will it take to get my order? 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days processing time for all orders before they're dispatched. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will be notified. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping and handling.

 

How can I get an update on my order?

As soon as your order is placed you will be notified via email with a confirmation. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified via email with a tracking number. 

How does pickup work?

Please note, when checking out you will have the option to pick up your items in store. Fill out the required information at the check out screen. You will have up to 48 hours after an item is purchased to pick it up in store.
